From Audion, a company that has brought you quality bag sealing equipment for over 35 years, comes the “Super Poly” Portable Hand Impulse Sealer. This new design has hand-operated lightweight jaws that are easily carried to the product that needs to be sealed. The jaws are connected by a 16-foot cable to the impulse generator box which is also lightweight and portable. It is ideal for sealing around large and bulky products that cannot be carried to a stationery sealer.

The “Super Poly” features three different jaw widths–11”, 15”, and 25”–each of which is interchangeable on the same impulse generator box. Another outstanding feature of the “Super Poly” are the bi-active (top & bottom heat) jaws which give the “Super Poly” the power to seal thicker, harder to seal materials. The seal timer is adjustable for various types and thicknesses of materials. If the 16-foot cable is not long enough for your application, an optional 16-foot extension cable is available.
Also available is the H18 Super Poly Navy Portable Sealer. It has bi-active sealing with 18″ long x 3/16″ wide seals on both jaws. The jaw assembly is mounted on a 15-foot long cord with a bayonet connection to the Super Poly Power Module. The Navy model has a preset non-adjustable seal timer for poly bags.
The Super Poly Jaw assemblies can be purchased individually for use with existing Super Poly Power Modules. All Super Poly Portable Sealers use 115 volt, 60 Hz electrical.
